    The questions are intentional — some are practical, others are a little unexpected — because I’m not just creating a jacket, I’m creating an extension of your spirit. You can take your time, pour yourself a coffee (or a glass of champagne), and really sink into the process.

    When you submit your form, I’ll have everything I need to start envisioning your piece. Your words, your memories, your vision — they all become the threads that guide my hand as I design. From that moment on, your story and my craft are stitched together.

    The Creation

    Concept & Creation

    This is where I disappear into my creative cave and do what I do best — weaving your story into something you can see, feel, and connect with.

    There’s no cookie-cutter template here. I might pin, sketch, collage, photograph, paint over, tear up, and start again — letting instinct and inspiration lead the way. The result? A visual concept that’s uniquely yours.

    When it’s ready, you’ll receive a first reveal — it might take the shape of a mood board, a layered image, a raw sketch, or something entirely unexpected (I refuse to be predictable). You’ll have one round to share your thoughts, tweaks, and preferences before I lock it in and get ready to bring your jacket to life.

  • The Paint

    One painted area (hand-painted, sprayed, or a mix) placed where it has the most impact for your story.

  • The Embellishment

    Featured textile accents such as lace, a doily, appliqué, sequin motif or up-cycled fabric piece — chosen to add texture, depth and meaning.

  • The Hardware

    Hardware accents. A mix of brooches, chains or up-cycled metal details for edge and dimension.

  • The Words

    A single quote/phrase/wording either on the back OR on one sleeve — not both. Short, potent, personal.

  • The Standard

    Finishes (included on every jacket). Cut seams, raw-stitched edges. A hand-sewn motto on the inside.
