As many artworks and wearable art pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind creations, slight variations, imperfections and individual characteristics are considered part of the unique nature of the work.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and details are accurate.
However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, devices and lighting conditions.
Dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties and import charges (where applicable) are additional unless otherwise specified.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

Pricing errors occur
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Payment cannot be processed
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Payments

Commissions
From time to time, Fiona Johnson Art may accept commissions for custom artwork or wearable art pieces.
Specific terms, timelines, deposits and payment schedules for commissioned work will be provided in writing prior to commencement.
Unless otherwise agreed, commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiona Johnson Art will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
