    Your favourite colours, fabrics, symbols, quotes, your story — we want it all.

    You can also upload a few inspiration images or create a Pinterest board (optional but encouraged).

  • STEP 2. DESIGN PREVIEW

    Once your form is submitted, Fi will start dreaming up your bespoke design.

    You’ll receive a digital jacket preview by email — with the layout, vibe, and creative direction she’s chosen just for you.

    You’ll have one opportunity to give feedback — whether it’s a little tweak or a total YES.

  • STEP 3. THE MAGIC BEGINS

    After the preview is approved, Fi works her magic.

    Expect a mix of:

    Preloved, vintage, and thrifted materials

    Beautiful, bold hand-placement

    Subtle sparkle or unapologetic attitude (you decide)

    Your jacket becomes a wearable story.

| Final Payment + Delivery |

Once your Queen B Bespoke jacket is ready for reveal, you’ll be sent the final balance invoice ($344).

When payment is received, your masterpiece will be carefully packed and shipped to you with love.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable once design work begins

  • One round of feedback is included in the preview phase

  • Final payment is required before the jacket is shipped

  • No returns or exchanges on bespoke pieces — each is made to order

  • Fi retains creative direction and the right to photograph or share your jacket design
